The unit is located at Carillon Wellness resort. The resort offers transformative signature spa treatments. Expansive fitness center with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, and group classes including barre, TRX, and a range of yoga styles suited for all ages and abilities. The use of the facilities is subject to additional charges.
Carillon Resort charges the following fees (not included in the price, payable upon arrival to the resort):
-$87 per day per person optional facilities fee (spa, gym, pool).
-$60 per night per stay admin fee
-$45 parking fee per day for non registered guests

Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 6 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $250.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 5 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
To secure the dates, 30% of the total quote must be paid.
The remaining balance is due five business days before check-in date.
The initial 30% payment - MINUS CREDIT CARD FEES - is refundable until 7 days (168 hs) prior to arrival. Once the 7-day-window is over, the initial payment becomes your cancellation fee. Any booking cancelled after 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to this charges.
A $ 250 damage deposit is needed for bookings shorter than 30 days. It will be taken as a credit card hold. Please make sure to have sufficient funds to cover the hold. The hold is not an actual charge. If the property does not suffer any damages during your stay, the hold will expire and you will never get charged the deposit. This happens automatically, you do not need to notify us. If we find damages, we will notify you.
For bookings over 30 days, a damage deposit will be agreed upon, depending on the length of stay and property.

IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too.
**If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.

• If you have any inconvenience please notify us at your earliest convenience. • Check-In is at 4:00pm – Check-Out is at 11:00am.
If you need to do a late check out please request within 24 hours.
**If we have people arriving the same day, there is a late check out fee that will be deducted from the deposit equivalent to one extra night if the checkout time is not met.

- Check-out is at 11:00am. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : )
**It has an additional cost of $50 USD up to 4:00 pm , $100 until 9:00 pm.
- If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late check out. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met.
- An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions.
