Upon arrival at the resort, the front desk will welcome you and provide an electronic key and all the instructions needed for your stay.
Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. HYDE holds an authorization of $75 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. -

Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 6 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $250.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file
5 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
The payments due for your Reservation are listed in the Reservation Agreement (collectively, the “Total Price”). In the event that the Payment is paid by debit or credit card, you hereby certify that you are an authorized user of such credit or debit card and will not dispute any valid charges including, without limitation, the Payment, with your bank or credit card company. We reserve the right to require that the name on the credit or debit card match the name on the Reservation. Additionally, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your Reservation and any incidentals that may apply. By booking your Reservation (and, therefore, agreeing to these Terms), you are waiving the right to pursue any charge backs for credit card fees processed by us. If you initiate a charge back, we may apply a 15% processing fee for each individual charge-back.
Should we run into inconsistencies with your credit card records and we cannot process a secure payment, we will require the reservation to be paid in full in cash or bank transfer. If you cannot meet the credit card requirements or the cash payment, we will proceed to cancel your reservation.
Security Deposit. In addition to the Payment, you shall pay an additional refundable security deposit against Property damages in the amount shown in your Reservation Agreement in addition to a hold on your credit card in the amount of (the “Damage Deposit”). The Damage Deposit shall be held exclusively to compensate Owner, its affiliates, property owners, property managers, clients and their respective affiliates employees, members, agents, contractors, agents, assigns and invitees (collectively the “Owner Parties”) for any Damaged Property (as defined below), Claims (as defined below) and Charges (as defined below). This sum is refundable within seven (7) business days after check-out if all Charges are paid and no Claims or Damaged Property are identified. The Damage Deposit is not intended to be a cap on damages or otherwise constitute liquidated damages. You agree that you will be fully liable for the amount of any Charges and Claims exceeding the Security Deposit amount.
Cancellation. If you booked the Reservation directly with us, you agree to notify us in writing of any cancellation of this Reservation (“Cancellation”) by sending an email to [email protected]. If you booked the Reservation with a third party booking platform, you agree to notify the platform in accordance with their terms and conditions. You agree that any Cancellation of this Reservation would constitute a breach of these Terms and that Owner would be harmed as a result of such Cancellation. You further agree that it would be difficult to determine Owner’s actual harm and the amount set forth below reasonably estimates Owner’s harm for Cancellation. You therefore agree to pay Owner, at the time of any Cancellation, as liquidated damages, the cancellation fee set forth in the chart below. Your payment of the cancellation fee is the Owner’s exclusive remedy in the event of Cancellation.
Cancellation Time:
-8 or more days prior to the Arrival Date:
No cancellation fee. However, you will be responsible for any credit card or bank fees and any fees charged by any third-party booking platform. These amounts will be deducted from any refund amount.
-Between 5 and 7 days prior the Arrival Date:
The First Payment will not be refunded and will be retained by us as a cancellation fee. You will also be responsible for any fees charged by any third-party booking platform.
-Between 4 days prior to the Arrival Date and 24 hours prior to the Check-In Time:
70% of the Payment amount will be retained by us as a Cancellation fee. You will also be responsible for any credit card or bank fees and any fees charged by any third-party booking platform. These amounts will be deducted from any refund amount.
-Less than 24 hours prior to the Check-In Time:
100% of the Payment amount will be retained by us as a Cancellation fee. You will also be responsible for any fees charged by any third party booking platform.
You acknowledge and agree that if you book your reservation through a third party or third-party website or booking platform, stricter cancellation policies may apply. Please review such third-party policies and make sure you agree with the applicable cancellation period.

Rules
IMPORTANT : It’s mandatory to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide a picture ID the same day you book, as well as a picture ID of the guests that will be staying with you. Even if you have already verified your ID through Airbnb we will need a copy too. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests.
Please DO NOT Smoke inside the building. We will apply a $300 fine + any other penalties the building's association may impose.

Check-in time is at 4:00 pm – Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
If you require an early check-in or a late check-out out please request it within 24 hours of anticipation. If we have a departing reservation on the same day of your check-in or an incoming reservation on the same day of your check-out, extended stays will not be possible. If you fail to comply with the schedule, a penalty fee equivalent to an additional night will be deducted from your damage deposit.
