24/7 Customer Service

The fee does not include the cleaning of the sofa and carpet, nor contractor work and supplies.
We will handle the management of the repair orders
We will take a security deposit on the guest’s credit card for $250, and damage insurance will be required.
We will respond with $250 per incident if we are unable to collect from the guest, with an annual cap of $1000.
We strongly recommend having damage and third-party liability insurance.

No minimum notice required to block dates on the calendar. Book your stay whenever you see available dates that accommodate you.
